📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase engagement and reach.
• Create and curate engaging content for our digital channels, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Support the marketing team in developing and maintaining our website content.
• Assist in the organization of events and promotions to enhance our brand visibility.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare and community engagement.
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
