📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to customers.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management, packing, and loading/unloading.
• Use logistics software like SAP and WMS to track and manage deliveries and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery times, routes, and customer feedback.
• Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve logistics processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring deliveries are made on time and in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery driving, or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license, preferably for a light commercial vehicle.
• Familiarity with logistics software like SAP or WMS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
