📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to employees,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Ability to travel as required
