Gate Bloom Berjaya is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user manuals, API documentation, and release notes,Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and changes,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with the marketing team to create product guides and whitepapers,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation and tutorials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English for writing technical documentation,Experience with software documentation tools and platforms, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
