📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels,Resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions,Maintain a safe and productive work environment,Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field,Proven track record of successfully managing teams,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations,Familiarity with HR policies and practices,Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience,Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
