📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., BNSP for Indonesia).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
