📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to secure new business opportunities.,Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with digital marketing and sales techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
