📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and Gokomart units in Kalimantan Selatan, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics, warehouse, or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and retail management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
