📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers.,Work with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.,Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing materials are aligned with business goals.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated with the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
