As a Managing Event Strategist, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their vision, then translate it into a seamless event experience. Utilize industry-leading tools like Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Teams to manage every detail, from vendor coordination to attendee engagement. Your strategic insights will drive innovation, ensuring every event exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute event strategies that align with client goals and industry trends
- Oversee event planning, including budget management, vendor selection, and logistics
- Leverage Eventbrite and Cvent to manage registrations, communications, and attendee experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Analyze event metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future events
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution
- Certification in Event Management (CEM) or equivalent is a plus
- Proficient in using Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bangka Belitung
