📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assess and evaluate insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
  • Conduct investigations to gather evidence and information related to claims.
  • Negotiate with claimants, insured parties, and other stakeholders to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
  • Prepare and submit reports on claim assessments and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to insurance agents and customers.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient claim processing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loss adjustment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laws (S.H.) or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss adjustment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid insurance license and membership in relevant professional organizations.
