📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation and service.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the head chef to develop and execute the restaurant's culinary strategy.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and technology.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting is a plus.
