Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail,Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms
