📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities, including fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and cost savings.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential issues or safety concerns.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the fleet.,Manage and maintain relationships with insurance providers and other third-party service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
