📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead and train a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure high-quality coffee and food products are available.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve store performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and operational data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a coffee shop or retail setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and food and beverage products.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
