QUARK Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Deputy Tutor to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will support our tutors in delivering high-quality education to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in planning and delivering lesson plans.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student understanding.,Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.,Collaborate with tutors and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Provide additional support to students as needed.,Participate in professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of educational best practices and standards.,Experience with educational technology is a plus.,Passionate about teaching and student success.
