📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.,Ensure that all sales transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in maintaining the sales counter and ensuring it is clean and organized.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software and systems.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
