📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve outlet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
