📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover overdue loans and credit card balances, focusing on contracts 91-210 days past due.
• Collaborate with the collection team to implement recovery strategies and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze recovery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recovery progress and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management and collections.
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high standards of service and performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of BFI Finance Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, collections, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in asset management or collections (e.g., Certified Asset Manager, Certified Collections Professional) is a plus.
