📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration in the assigned area.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the assigned area.,Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in the assigned area.,Develop and present regular reports on the performance of the assigned area to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Yogyakarta.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
