In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP systems, as well as integrating AI automation solutions to enhance our communication infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems and infrastructure.,Integrate AI automation solutions to enhance communication systems.,Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP and AI systems to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.,Provide technical support and training to end-users.,Stay updated with the latest VoIP and AI technologies and trends.,Develop and maintain documentation for VoIP and AI systems.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,2-3 years of experience in VoIP engineering or related roles.,Experience with AI automation and machine learning concepts.,Knowledge of VoIP protocols and standards (e.g., SIP, H.323, RTP).,Familiarity with VoIP hardware and software (e.g., Asterisk, FreePBX, Cisco, Avaya).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
