As a Store Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning restrooms.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and sales.,Provide regular reports on store performance and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or department store environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
