📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility equipment and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on industrial or facility maintenance.,Proven leadership experience with a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
