• Monitor and evaluate the performance of industrial projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Represent the Regional Industry Department at industry conferences, forums, and other relevant events to advocate for industrial policy and promote the region's industrial capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial policy, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving industrial development.
• Strong understanding of government policies and regulations related to industrial development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze data and leverage business intelligence tools to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Professional certifications in project management, industrial policy, or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
