📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels using SAP or similar software
• Process and manage purchase orders, including vendor communications and negotiations
• Oversee the distribution of goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards, adhering to local regulations
• Coordinate with catering and event teams to ensure seamless operations
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory, orders, and expenses
• Train and mentor junior staff on commissary procedures and best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized commissary space, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
• Proven experience with inventory management and SAP or similar software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
